1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bombay Septic Tank Cleaning Kochi ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services and website.

2. Services

We provide professional septic tank cleaning, wastewater management, and drainage cleaning services. The exact scope of work, pricing, and timeline will be agreed upon in writing or verbally before the commencement of any work. Our teams reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are found to be unsafe or vastly different from what was described during booking.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations provided over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing will be confirmed by our technicians on-site before work begins. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made for commercial accounts.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care in performing our services using modern equipment, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage to old tanks, pipes, or drainage systems that may fail during standard cleaning procedures.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Bombay Septic Tank Cleaning Kochi and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
